At this point, chagnes to lateral erosion component (and dependencies) are such that I can import it from a driver!

I've instatiated new flow accumulation and reouting in parts of the latero code, but now I"ll change it in the guts. Now I'm seeing no erosion at all (but before I was.)

I've got new flow accumulation in lat ero and an option to switch from uc model to tb model using the same code.

saving this just before I take flow accumulation, etc. out of the lateral erosion component

end of day april 9. I made quite a few changes to try ot brin lat ero into a working component. I took drainage area out of  lat ero, worked. still some confusion on initialization,e tc.

Just changed all if lat_node!=0 statements to if lat_node>0. because new way of iding boundary neighbors is with -1. so nodes that don't get lateral erosion will be either -1 or 0.  Also, I think this may have fixed the time step issue I had yesterday. I fixed it yesterday with an inelegant hack with abs(values). removed the abs(). put it back if necessary.
