Update to Exonum revision 7223ce6ebcf [ECR-3972] (#1302)

* Update to Exonum revision exonum/exonum@7223ce6ebcf
to enable automatic state hash aggregation.

* Removes Service#stateHash and Schema#stateHash.

* New transaction execution results are not supported yet: 
ECR-4014

* Replace EntryIndexProxy with ProofEntryIndexProxy
so that CoreSchema#consensusConfig remains working.
Simple Entry is to be added back later.
