jpeg.go: Bugfix for all segments not being read

`JpegSplitter.Split()` now splits in a loop over the given buffer until
we no longer have enough for a segment, each time we are called. The
split function will only be called one more time once EOF is
encountered. So, we need to make the most of each call.

Fixes https://github.com/dsoprea/go-jpeg-image-structure/issues/3 .
