Fixed testing.

- Created jest.config.js file with new matching strategy that includes TypeScript files and hooks in ts-jest.
- Added necessary libraries to run Jest with TypeScript
- Modified typings in src/index.tsx to fix tests
- Added tsconfig.test.json for typechecking test files
