refactor: separate proto and static methods from AsyncIterable

this change makes it possible to use those methods with an overwritten `this`

for examle
(assuming that bind operator got supported or a transpiler is employed)
`[ 3, 1, 2 ]::map(n => n ** 2)::sort()::toArray().then(...)`
