Add transaction methods extraction and invocation [ECR-3923] (#1274)

Add transaction methods extraction and invocation classes.
They will be used by ServiceWrapper to invoke transaction 
methods by an id.

Transaction methods are Service methods annotated
with @TransactionMethod, and will replace Transaction-interface,
TransactionConverter and explicit deserialization of arguments.
