fix: pkg: ``data_files`` where inconsistently placed depending on way of install. (fixes #34)

Using ``python setup.py install`` correctly placed the files related to
``gitchangelog.py``. But ``pip install gitchangelog`` would put it in
fancy places.

This is a big nasty hack, but even after looking at ``package_data``
option, and other means, this seems the only way to make it work out.
