dash-client/test: make sure we test using http

Since I have changed the client to use https, we have had broken
tests. Since the previous commit, we know the issue. We were using
the default scheme for running tests, but such scheme is https
now, rather than http, and we're using an http server. Fix this
by forcing using plain-text http.
