Commit Message

Fix translation issues for Nebulae.
- revert to non-static const lists, i.e. they will be built on every call,
  with the current language settings.
- Should not be too time critical, those lists are only used to build the infostring.
- still, a better fix would be to use static lists that are retranslated when language is switched.
