[FIX] sale_ux: creation from server action (#302)

* [FIX] sale_ux: creation from server action

1. New method "_compute_amount" fix using the right date on tax computation (previous methods was not working)
2. We also inherit "_amount_by_group" to fix right date when printing report
3. _amount_all was not working and was breaking creation of SO from server actions

* [REM] unused import
