* Update support to Laravel Framework v5.1.
* Increase minimum PHP requirement to v5.5+.
* Remove `Orchestra\Support\Ftp` namespace.
* Providers:
  - Add `Orchestra\Support\Providers\CommandServiceProvider`.
  - Move reusable code from `Orchestra\Support\Providers\ServiceProvider` to `Orchestra\Support\Providers\Traits\PackageProviderTrait`.
  - Add `Orchestra\Support\Providers\Traits\PackageProviderTrait::bootUsingLaravel()` helper.
  - Add `Orchestra\Support\Providers\Traits\PackageProviderTrait::hasPackageRepository()` helper.
