feat: remove eth dividends

Removed all references to ether dividends and dividend managers

BREAKING CHANGE: support only ERC20 dividends in the dividends namespace, remove the dividend
manager entities and getter. Features and permissions related to dividends don't specify the type
anymore. Remove the `DividendType` enum
