drivers/keystone: use completely fresh ProviderClient for obtaining client tokens

I've seen elusive errors where keppel-api instances suddenly stop being
able to verify X-Auth-Tokens, and I guess that this part of the code is
the problem (presumably because the cloned ServiceClient does not fully
detach from the original).
