Update to CustomPill Backend & Security solve

1. Added Booleanfield 'custom' to Pill & CustomPill
2. Make Vision also include image_id at return JSON value
3. Make CustomPill set 'user' 'pill' variable of the Image with id of image_id 
    to request.user and new_pill at POST API call
4. Modified Notification creation, so that if pill is custom pill (which means it most likely won't have formatted take method) we pass parsing/NotificationTime creation. We just return (empty) notification
5. (Security) add sequential-javascript to repo. 

TODO
1. At frontend, need to receive the image_id and send it again along CustomPill POST API call 
2. At frontend, must notify users to add their own notification time at NotificationSetting, after creating custom pill. If we want to make users add their notification time AT THE MOMENT of creating custom pill, we will have to discuss how the API will work.
