Only reconnects from a MusicSession if the active app changed

There was a behavior where, when launching a new MediaBrowser,
it would register itself as a new MediaSession. This would trigger
the MediaSession Listener, which would connectApp() to the old
currently-playing MediaSession instead of the new desired app.
This change prevents this behavior
