Getting report channel from api (#1469)

* Getting report channel from api

* Eslint warnings fixed

* Updated API for reporting channels

* Updated getPropertyValue; Get reporting channels for current user;

* Fix backend tests

* Set all reporting channels options when user can't edit the reporting_channel

* Fixed initialDataReady overwriting prePrefill values

* Overwrite sub info with default values when submission has no values.

* Added function to fetch objet property from any level, by string.
