Simplify creation of new Version (#62)

New `BaseVersion` class allows consumers of this library to create versions (similar to how PredefinedVersion works) on the fly without having to re-implement a lot of code.

Renamed a couple (non-public) classes to better reflect their purpose instead of overloading the "Custom" prefix (CustomVersion and CustomArtifactRepository).
