test: add lexer tests (#2)

* test: add lexer tests

Adds HSpec tests for the Lexer. Also refactors some of the existing
lexer code; in particular,

- Builtin keywords have been moved to a new `Builtin.hs` source file
- Symbols and builtin keywords are name-qualified, and symbols are
  semantically different than keywords
- Lexing a string gracefully handles missing content and ending quote
- Custom operators are deemed to be invalid tokens

Travis CI has been added as an automated test service.
