Add new ipsum types

This commit includes a few changes to the core code itself, the setup
and the tests.

* Some new ipsum types were added.
* The library code was refactored to have more clarity and separation in
  the code. The #register function was updated to be part of the public
  API. This code is now properly documented as well.
* The tests were completely refactored in order to have clean reusable
  tests.
* Ataru was added to verify that the README examples are working
  properly.
* The travis configuration was updated to include newer Ruby versions.
