Added troubleshooting for SSL issues; added OpenSSL version to ConnectionError raised for SSL issues

Details:
* Added two entries to the trouble shooting section to explain
  SSL errors surfaced with very minimal text.
* Added the OpenSSL version to ConnectionError exceptions
  raised when getting SSL errors.
