Commit Message

Refactor h.api.views:_search()

- Remove _search_params() and _add_any_field_params_into_query()

- This means we're no longer using Annotation.search() or
  Annotation._build_query(), we call Annotation.search_raw() only

- Replace all this with a single _query() function that translates h search
  API params into an Elasticsearch query dict

- Simplify h.api.views:_search(), now only one code path

- Add lots of tests for h.api.views:_search() (and indirectly for the new
  _query() function)
