Show `OneSourceSourceMap` only when exploring a single bundle (#122)

- Turn `OneSourceSourceMap` error into a warning.
- Add tests for single and multiple bundles cases.
- [ESLint] Add `yoda: "error"`.
- [ESLint] Remove `'prefer-arrow-callback': 'off'` for test files.
- Replace `foo.min.no-map.bad-map.js` with `one-source`, because the former only used for "one source source map" testing. It's better to have one purpose test data files.
