Release version 0.16.0

Breaking changes in this release:

* Drop the `HostClasses` and `HostGroupClasses` entities. (9958e81,
  @Ichimonji10)
* Drop the `ContentViewFilter` entity and add the `AbstractContentViewFilter`,
  `ErratumContentViewFilter`, `PackageGroupContentViewFilter` and
  `RPMContentViewFilter` entities in its stead. (#92, @Ichimonji10)
* Restructure documentation and list each module in its own page. This improves
  navigability, but will break some existing links. (94bf8ff, @Ichimonji10)

Other changes in this release:

* Fix an inheritance issue with the `AbstractComputeResource` class and
