* Attempt at fixing hot reloading

* Hot reloading issues fixed

- Moved react-hot-loader to the top component
- i18n seperated into two for components to access directly without creating dependency to json files.
- ConnectedApp function bug fixed.

* language generation script fixed

* adding app locale to locales.js with language generation

* added locales file to test backups
