Commit Message

Add filechecksum and the workflow of checking file sanity and pruning invalid records

1. add offset of blk and vtx file in the first 4 bytes
2. add functions of updating and validating the checksum
3. about prune:
 * Delete blk/vtx and ms records in DB
 * rebuild utxo and reg
 * add the deletion of invalid files
 * reset meta info in DB
