Issue/170/cleaning notebooks (#171)

* resolved bug with units in plotting.py

* resolved bug with units in plotting.py 2

* added an axes output in plotting.py

* updated demo_of_polaraveraging to make it work

* removed files demo_polaraveraging.py and .ipynb

* I made style changes for demo. Since I am the one who is picky on it I figured that I would just do it.

* Addressing comments on the PR for demo_of_polaraveraging.ipynb, swapped in-line comments with markdown, edited some markdown formatting, removed unnecessary imports

* added minor plotting lines, but there is an error in a missing attribute of galaxy cluster.  need to check if up to date with master

* added some clarifying words to documentation in plotting.py

* histogram for g_x and g_t now in demo, added plotting example in degrees.  Still need to modify the config set up to be up-to-date with current mock_data api

* Modified the initializing mock cluster object to match the norms from demo_pipeline.ipynb

* Changed imports to import specific object needed from all modules in clmm.  It would be good to decide on one norm for all demo notebooks and tutorials.  Personally, I like importing the specific things because this cleans up the namespace keeping the length of code lines under control.

* Modified the import GalaxyCluster object line for consistency

* removed src_z definition because using chang+ redshift distribution
