Several fixes.

1. Fix issue with the saving of data into the MariaDB/MySQL database.
   Indeed, before this patch, if activated along with the
   multiprocessing activation flag, no data were saved.

2. Deletion of the newline arguments while working with files.
   Indeed, they are not useful for in our scope.
3. Fix #63.
   Indeed, before this patch, there was an extra line which was weird if
   not strange.
4. Introduction of a new line at the enf of the generated output files.
   Fix #63.
5. Handle the issue when trying to log but the logger was not initiated.

6. Improvement of the way we sort the content of the files.
   Indeed, for the `output/splited/*` files, the sorting was wrongly
   done.
7. Improvement of the way we generate the `output/splited/*` files.
   Indeed, beforet this patch, with multiprocessing and json they were
   not generated.
8. Improvement of the way we cleanup and generate the files while using
   the MariaDB/MySQL databases.
9. Improvement of the way data are saved and referenced to while testing
   with multiprocessing.
   Indeed, before this patch, while testing with multiprocessing and
   MariaDB/MySQL, data were linked to an `api_call` file instead of the
   original file to test.
