Edit offset for consumergroup (#98)

* Edit consumergroup offset functionality.

* Added an integration test.

* WIP: ability to copy offsets from an existing customer group.

* Fixed the match expression issue.

* Added integration tests for the new functionality.

* Resolved conflicts.

* Caught an error when the target consumer group doesn't exist.

* make isort more stable across environments

* Removed the --force option. Semantic changes in descriptions.

* Removed one method from the ConsumerFactory. Other minor test fixes. Removed the --force option from edit_consumergroup.
