Merge branch 'release/99'

* release/99: (24 commits)
  bugfix: discard seq_mebers that don't have a gene, since we want to collect stats at the gene level
  not needed
  bugfix: fully reset the gene_member_hom_stats table

  bugfix: alternative trees don't always share the same gene_align_id, so gather those as well
