Commit Message

Refactored to be able to use fixtures in controller tests

* The application config is now a singleton of Xapi::Config instead of
  the class itself. We can therefore use a different config for prod
  and tests.
* All the hardcoded paths have been removed from Config, Track,
  Homework and Metadata classes.
* Controllers have been changed accordingly to use the config instance
  and have helpers to ease config access
* The tests now uses the fixtures data instead of the prod ones
