Removed 'methodname' parameter from CIMMethod

Details:

- Removed the 'methodname' parameter from the CIMMethod ctor. This
  parameter has been deprecated in pywbem 0.9 when the 'name' parameter
  was introduced.

- Adjusted the testcases to test 'methodname' only on pywbem < 1.0.0.

- Introduced a 'version_info' variable in test_cim_obj.py to make
  it easier to specify version dependencies in testcases.

- Removed the incorrect 'Deprecated' indicator from the description of
  the 'name' parameter of CIMMethod. That indicator had incorrectly been
  added because the deprecated 'methodname' parameter was described in
  the description of the 'name' parameter, and the indicator probably
  intended to mark the 'methodname' deprecation.
