Add JobExecutionModeInterceptor to client

Setting the properties genie.client.jobs.execution.embedded or genie.client.jobs.execution.agent to true will force jobs to run in this execution mode on the server.

This is a temporary request interceptor that allows us to deterministically run jobs in environments like testing and for early adopters.
