Report type info for variables under a flag. Update the Emacs mode (#692)

* Print type-info under a new flag

* Add an outline to emacs mode for type reporting.

The main work of fetching from checker and interpreting
its output to report the type is still to be done.

* Minor typo in previous commit

* Fix location info for identifiers in the parser

* emacs mode: count columns from 1

* Add code to invoke checker executable

* More location information bugfixes to the parser
