Fix autoschedule bugs (#193)

* Use Localtime to compare between time

* Add new constraint to duration

Cannot exceed 24hour

* Update isValidDuration in Duration class

Ensure that tag or name given is a tag, not a time.
Eg. a tag '2103' could have been wrongly intepreted as a time

* Shift messages to Message folder

* Add NameAndTagWithTime class

Replace NameWithTime and TagWithTime
