Binding a callback to multiple HTTP methods.

Introduce two functions on Router:

 - methods to bind a callback to multiple HTTP methods
 - all to bind a callback to all methods defined in VSGI.Request.METHODS

The methods function will reuse the same Route instance to use memory
efficiently.

Adds examples that use both functions and update the home.html template.

Adds tests that cover the use of both functions.
