Change default for `CALL` backwards traversal rules to `True` (#3459)

The defaults for graph the traversal rules `call_calc_backward` and
`call_work_backward` have been changed to `True`. It was found that the
most common use case had users always toggling these flags to true. They
were generally surprised when exporting or deleting a data node and the
workflows directly involved in its creation were not also exported or
deleted, respectively. 

Two more minor changes to reduce noise during tests:
* Captured some warning prints during tests
* Fixed a section of SqlAlchemy import not being properly silenced
