Increase test coverage for `nfn_extractor.py`Tests have been added to ensure every if statement has at least one test.  One of the if statements in `get_basic` was removed as it could nver be reached given the way `nfn_extractor` is written (i.e. `get_basic` is only called if the value is in `parser.parms` so checking for this a second time is not needed).
