[fix][xs] fixes pagination on the blog page

Solves https://gitlab.com/datopian/ckan-next-gen/issues/121#final-round
* [x] Pagination still does not work. The "Næste"-button is not working on pages larger than 1?
* [x] Pagination display Is it possible to present it more like: Tidligere, 1,2,3 ... 19, 20, 21, Næste. See screenshot sheet
  * Currently all pages are shown (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 --) when on page 2.
