Factor out functionality to Axelrod (#52)

* Refactor evolutionary algorithm to act on players instead of Params classes. Migrate FSMParams to FSMPlayer.

* Migrate ANNParams to ANN Player

* Migrate HMMParams to HMM Player

* Factor out some common code from scripts in \bin

* Migrate LookerUpParams to LookerUp

* Migrate GamblerParams to Axelrod

* Refactor and Cleanup bin files for changes in Axelrod

* Remove factored out archetypes

* Remove migrated archetype files

* Migrate out some tests

* Change to non-in-place mutation

* Update evolutionary algorithm for migration of params to axelrod main and change of mutation to not be in place

* Update integration tests

* Remove archetype tests

* Update remaining tests

* Fix doctest
