<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/c3804d755">Fix for JS and PHP Poem extension

* Improved the compatibility with the Core parser/poem ext
  but still does not include class=&#39;poem&#39; in &lt;div tag.

* Removed the colon preceding &lt;poem&gt; tag for now, need to
  add that as a new additional test, but it will fail currently.

* Indented lines are not getting the proper span and br as
  described by the wikipage for the Poem extension when
  the : or :: or ::: etc. precedes the poem text.

* Added a new poemParserTests.txt test to provide test coverage
  for this bug.
