bump redix version requirement

0.9.0 changed error handling schematics. Previous version used to
throw %Redix.Error{} exception, from 0.9.0 onwards it returns {:error,
Redix.Error{}}. We are dependening on this format on some of our code
already and also used by lua script evaluation code.
