* [FIX] account_debt_management: Changes in cancel debt

The original method "create_exchange_rate_entry" in odoo has change, now it's no necesary pass some argument.

* [FIX] account_debt_management: Cancel residual debt

Set the button to cancel debt in a different inherit view with account and tecnical features group
Fix a bug when not have matched debit or credit in the aml.
