Green Reference associations

MSP-12437

`Metasploit::Cache::Referencable::Reference#reference` should be the
inverse of `referencable_references`, not `module_references`.
`module_refernces` is deprecated because it is part of the old schema
and does not repurposed for the new schema.

`Metasploit::Cache::Reference#module_references` should NOT have its
`:class_name` changed from `'Metasploit::Cache::Module::Reference'` as
it is part of the old schema and doesn't be repurposed for the new
schema.  It does require adding `:foreign_key` and `:inverse_of` when
tested.

Since `#module_references` is no longer being repurposed,
`#referencable_references` needs to declared as the inverse of
`Metasploit::Cache::Referencable::Reference#reference`.

The equivalent of `#module_instances` through `#module_references` is
`#auxiliary_instances`, `#exploit_instances`, and `#post_instances`
through `#referencable_references`.
