Fixing bugs in families.children GET all route

Changing the family service to call findOne directly in the getAllChildren method
Changing the findOne of the Family repository to sort by username, if necessary, the array of children of a found family, and also to apply the limit.
Changing the visibility of some BaseRepository methods for use in FamilyRepository
