backoffice: implement items editor

* Removed `uiProps` prop from form fields and instead pass rest props to the form input
* Added `SelectorField` component that uses `ESSelector`
* Refactored old forms to use new `uiProps` and `SelectorField`
* `ESSelector` no longer uses redux
* Catch `ValidationError` from `jsonschema` and re-raise with `IlsValidationError` and specify field errors
* `NewButton` and `EditButton` uses `Link`
