General fixes (#85)

* Fixed name of LengthSquared

* Added RoundToPrec function

Added EncodeString method to the encoder. This method will return the encode geometry as a string

* Fixed bug in Orient function

* fixed bug in creating triangles

When creating a triangle large enough for a set of points, the buff was not being calculated correctly.

* Fixes for xsweep and circle contains point

• For XSweep needed to make sure the connected flag was being applied
at the correct time and with the correct condition

• Circle Contains Point need to be rounded to keep it with the precision
of the radii

* removed extra round function
