[ABI CHANGE] Start automatically joining events

This diff starts automatically joining events by defining and using IDs
for connection, resolve, and HTTP round-trip events.

Doing that in a single diff is too complex. So, here I've just specified
how it should work, and started make it work for easy cases.

While there, I've also removed files like the LocalAddress, that could
leak user information, and are not necessary anymore now that we have a
good strategy for joining all the events together.

While there, I've also applied the renames described in #22.
