Add depth option to some commands; add hasattenuation; add tests

- Commands to evaluate model intrinsic properties (vp, vs, etc.)
  have the `depth` keyword argument to convert depth to radius
  within the function.
- Add some tests for basic properties like isanisotropic.
- Add the hasattenuation function to tell if a model includes
  attenuation.
