Simplification of pyopencl code. Now users are prompted to select platform and devices for simulations ( they can also set a global variable).

Updated documentation of templates.

Re-added the ability to use single precision simulations. This is most useful for boolean simulations with the SSA, but can also be valid for stochastic simulations where the number of species is not too large.
