Add DEM source information (#885)

* added some dem source info

* update demsources

* add DEM acquisition dates

* add Note with link to DEM blogpost

* add demdate as gdir lazyproperty

* tandemx correction

* mapzen daterange

* add None return and small test

* make attributes read the actual dem_source file

* remove nan date range from DEM3 and MAPZEN

* change to dem_info

* make the dem_info actually return something, duh
